Center retreats are held on an approximately annual basis. These retreats
allow Center members to gather and discuss exciting research and future goals
for the CRED. Each Research Focus Area and Facility Core as well as the COEP make
presentations followed by a general discussion by members of Center issues
(e.g., resource allocation, realignment of cores and/or members within cores,
criteria for membership, etc.).
Our next Center retreat is Friday, August 24 2007. It will be held at The International Festival Institute at Round Top. Please feel free to contact the Center Administrator Sydni McGahan at smcgahan@mdanderson.org or at 512-237-9444 for more information.
